The Office was established in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on 1976 by Engineer / Ali Hussein Al Sughaiyer, on 1984 the office was accredited as an independent consulting office responsible for the design processes and supervision in all engineering fields. During 2022, the office was converted to Engineering and Technical Services Company for Engineering consultancies.
